The Track and Field Meet with a difference!

The fourth annual event with fundraising events and sideshows run for Derby AC and, to be quite frank, to make it a success, we need

to help with any of the following:

Assisting with officiating, from measuring jumps and throws to assisting the starter

Helping with Catering, both indoors and outdoord — Helping with Catering, both indoors and outdoors

AND GENERALLY MAKE THE DAY A REAL SUCCESS!

We’d also ask for volunteer to assist in setting up on the day (11th September) and helping with the clear-up operation

LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED FOR OUR MERRY BAND OF VOLUNTEERS
