Could you nominate someone for the Derby Telegraph Sports Awards?

The Derby Telegraph has launched its annual sports awards and is looking for nominations in a range of categories, including young sportsman and sportswoman, coach, team and junior team of the year.

Could you nominate your coach, your team, a fellow athlete for the club or even yourself? Nominations must be received by midnight on 30 August. Finalists will be announced on 31 October and the awards evening is on 6 November at The Roundhouse, Derby.
