25 March, Well done to Ethan Barr (223) who came third in today’s under 15 boys northern 5k road race. Supported by Jude Bush and Jake Martin taking second overall team. Congratulations to Luke Ward running the fastest time of all the Derby Junior’s. Well done to the seniors for coming in a very respectable 6th in the 12 stage race. |

26 March, Well done to Hugo Milner in finishing 69th in the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Uganda this afternoon. Hugo was the fourth british athlete home in challenging conditions of 28 degrees & 3900 ft above sea level. |

11 March, Massive well done to Hannah Barnden and Millie Beaumont who have both competed in the EA combined events and got loads of pb’s between them. You have both done the club proud. |

11 March, Well Done to all that competed today at Tom Pink Relays. Some amazing performances. Chloe and Claudia getting joint 3rd in U11 Tossing the Caber. Max getting silver in the U13 Standing Long Jump. A fantastic performance by the U11 Boys in the over-under really making the final just to miss out on the medals. And many other athletes just missing out coming 4th or 5th. Thanks to Joe, Jasmine, Lauren and Hannah for helping to team manage. A great day out all-round. |

7 March, Derby Athletic club celebrating a fantastic road/XC Relays and Cross country Season with all their medals and trophies won this season on show. With the centre piece being Ben Connor and his Northern/National XC trophies and his Team GB Gold medal for the Europeans XC. Well done everyone super proud of you all. |
