Mini League success for club – could you take part?

Sunday 19 October saw the second Mini League Sports Hall event in Chesterfield. It was good to see more athletes competing as these events are a great introduction to competitive athletics with events for age groups from under 11 to under 15.

Only the first two athletes in any event score points, so many thanks to those who competed, even if they didn’t score, you added to the great team spirit and your effort is appreciated.

Sports Hall matches are held at Queens Park Sports Centre, Chesterfield on Sunday afternoons. First events start at 1.30pm. The remaining matches this season are on 10 November, 1 December, 19 January and 23 February.
