Entries open now for Derbyshire county championships

Entries are now open for Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire County Track and Field Championships.

The weekend of athletics is hosted this year by Nottinghamshire at Harvey Hadden stadium in Nottingham on 13 and 14 May.

All events are for all age groups U13 through to Masters, and there is also the Quadkids event for U11s.

Entries close on 21 April, so don’t delay if you are interested in this open event. The timetable for the days will be published after the closing date for entries. For those who have not competed at the County Champs before, there is an entry fee as this is an open event. Entry is £7 for the first event, and £4 for each subsequent event.

Details of events and other information is available on the Derbyshire Athletics website. Please be aware that all track athletes need to register for their events at least an hour before the start time at the clubhouse, each day of the event, or they will not be permitted to race.
